The Arsenal-Newcastle game had the most yellow cards in the first half of any game this season.
This comes after five yellow cards were shown in the first half; three for Arsenal and two for Newcastle.

Arsenal’s Eddie Nketia, Martin Odegaard, and Xhaka were all booked in the first half, while Newcastle’s Bruno G and Callum Wilson were also booked.
Despite the goalless draw between the two sides, Arsenal are still top of the league with 44 points, 8 ahead of Manchester City.
