Arsenal have reportedly “agreed personal terms” with Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.
Tielemans, who has a year left on his contract, has been linked with moves to Arsenal, Manchester United, and Newcastle. As things stand, the Belgian has refused to sign a new contract, and the Foxes would not want to lose him for nothing.

The midfielder is a top priority for Arsenal, according to Football London, and a fee of around £25 million could land him at the Emirates.
Although Arsenal lost the race to sign Argentine defender Lisandro Martinez to Manchester United, there is a strong possibility that they will sign Youri Tielemans if recent reports are correct.

According to CBS Sports reporter Ben Jacobs, Arsenal has made an agreement with Tielemans but has not yet made an official bid to Leicester City.
He told GiveMeSport:
As Leicester have said and as I’ve said repeatedly, Arsenal have never made an offer for Youri Tielemans.
What they have done is gone to the player and agreed personal terms, broadly speaking. What they do know is that Tielemans would like to move to Arsenal.
