According to Fichajes, Atletico Madrid are interested in signing Arsenal’s William Saliba.

Since his return from loan, Saliba has been crucial at the back for Arsenal. After being signed in 2019, the young French defender was loaned out for two seasons.

However, he returned and seamlessly integrated into the team. He has replaced Ben White as the preferred centre back with the England national now being played as a right back.

He is also a threat in the opposition’s box, despite his strong defensive play. He currently has two Premier League goals.
Atletico Madrid is known for their strong defence, but they are currently not on song. They believe that adding Saliba will give their defence more grit.
