Tony Cascarino, TalkSPORT pundit, believes former Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno is a much better goalkeeper than Aaron Ramsdale.
This follows Fulham’s 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace on Sunday, which clinched them a top-half finish.
The Gunners sold the German international to Fulham for £3 million at the start of the season after losing his spot to Ramsdale.
Speaking on TalkSPORT, Tony Cascarino stated:
“I think, and this one’s a little bit more controversial, is I think Leno was a big mistake for Arsenal to let go.”
“I thought Leno was a better keeper than Ramsdale. Now, a lot of people will disagree with me. But I didn’t think there was a lot to choose from them. I thought they were very close on the levels. Leno’s had a terrific season for Fulham.”
