Arsenal fullback Cedric Soares has begun his coaching process at Arsenal as he seeks to emulate Pep Guardiola.
The Portuguese assisted with the under-15s last season as part of his quest for coaching badges. Arsenal is gradually becoming a hub for future coaches.
