Former Chelsea player turned pundit Joe Cole has heaped praises on Arsenal new boy Declan Rice.

This comes after the 24 year old’s performance to help England to a 3-1 victory over Scotland in an international friendly yesterday.
The Gunners bought the midfielder from West Ham this summer for a club record fee of £105m. Joe Cole speaking on Channel 4 Sport and singled out Rice for praise at half-time.
He said:
“I think Rice and Phillips have dominated in the midfield,” I don’t think there have been many better first-half performances under Gareth for this England team.”
