Ben Foster believes Arsenal will miss out on a Champions League spot despite the addition of Gabriel Jesus.
Gabriel Jesus recently joined Arsenal, but Ben Foster believes he doesn’t get “the recognition he deserves” for his efforts on the field.

The Brazilian joined from Manchester City and is expected to play a key role for the Gunners this season.

He’s already scored four goals since joining, the most recent being a delightful chip over Mendy in the Florida Cup against Chelsea.
Ben Foster believes that even though Arsenal’s season last year was marred by a poor start and finish, the signing of Jesus will benefit the team greatly.

He said:
They (Arsenal) were struggling badly at the start of last season, it was a horrific start. It was horrible and Mikel Arteta was the favourite to get sacked.
They kicked on but it was a disappointing end to the season as well. Looking at this summer, Gabriel Jesus is a massive signing, massive. I don’t think he gets the credit he deserves.
I do think they’ll have a good season and win some big games against some big teams, but I think they’ll just miss out on the Champions League places.”
