Former Arsenal player Kevin Campbell has told Arteta to sign Ivan Toney and Neto to properly challenge Manchester City.
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, but the former Gunner believes the Nigerian’s asking price is too high.

He claims that for the price being demanded for Victor Osimhen, Arsenal can obtain two proven Premier League players (Ivan Toney and Neto).
Campbell stated, via HITC:
“You can get Ivan Toney and [Pedro] Neto for virtually the money you are going to spend on Osimhen”.
“Osimhen. Quality player that he is. Top-class. He has never played in the Premier League. Will he just automatically just transition to the Premier League? We don’t know.”
“Two players that we know can come in and hit the ground running are Toney and Neto. £60 million. You take Toney all day long. £80 million. If someone says pay that and you win the title, then you pay it, don’t you?”
