Former Arsenal star Matteo Guendouzi was involved in a pre-season brawl with Real Betis legend Joaquin.
While at the Emirates Stadium, the former Arsenal man established a reputation for being slightly flammable, and that trend looks to have continued after he made a permanent move to Marseille.

Guendouzi recently competed in his first preseason as a full-time Marseille player, but things did not go according to plan in their most recent match against Real Betis.
The game took place on Wednesday evening at Chesterfield’s Technique Stadium, and there was a scuffle between the two teams with Guendouzi being involved.

Arkadiusz Milik and Rodri scored goals to tie the game at 1-1, and in the waning seconds of play, Joaquin confronted the former Gunner after objecting to a few strong challenges.
The Frenchman replied, and players of both teams, including those on the bench, eventually intervened to break up the brawl. The referee was forced to separate the two parties with the final whistle, bringing the game to a halt.
Marseille has one more pre-season match to complete before the start of the new season. On Sunday, they face AC Milan before beginning their Ligue 1 campaign against Reims.

Guendouzi, of course, will be looking to play a significant role in the proceedings again next season.
Last season, the 23-year-old made 54 appearances for the club, scoring five goals and providing 14 assists as Marseille finished second behind eventual champions Paris Saint-Germain.
