His best game was against Liverpool, where he was named Man of the Match. He’s not the club’s only Brazilian. In fact, Arsenal’s first team features four Brazilians.

Marquinhos, a 19-year-old, is one such Brazilian with enormous potential. In the first leg of the Europa League against FC Zurich, he made his senior debut for Arsenal and scored.

When asked if he’s done anything to help Marquinhos develop, Martinelli responded:

“What I can do for the boys I will do, I try to help as much as possible. I always try to say to him to be yourself, and do what you know because we’re both here because of our talent.”

“You need to believe in yourself, so he needs to keep doing it because everyone at the club knows that he has a huge talent.”
