‘I don’t think they need him’: Former Liverpool player Jose Enrique urges Arsenal not to sign Kai Havertz as he’s not ‘all that good’

Former Liverpool player turned pundit Jose Enrique has urged Arsenal to snub Kai Havertz as they already have players who can perform.

According to the ex Liverpool man, Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus can both play as number 9s and false 9s. As such, he does not believe Arsenal should pursue him.

Kai Havertz is determined to leave Arsenal and several sources suggest Arsenal as the next possible destination for the German international.

Jose Enrique speaking on his YouTube channel said:

“To be honest with Arsenal having Jesus and Nketiah in that number nine position and even playing as a false nine, moreso Gabriel Jesus, I don’t think they need him, even if he is a good player, I don’t think they need him”
