Former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Carragher says Arsenal’s new addition Declan Rice is better than Moisés Caicedo.
Rice joined Arsenal from West Ham for £105 million this summer after helping the Hammers win European silverware.

Arsenal made their first bid for Moisés Caicedo in January, but Brighton turned it down because they wanted more money from his sale.
The Gunners never approached again, and Rice became their primary target. Despite the fact that both players are superb, Jamie Carragher believes Arsenal’s Declan Rice is one step ahead of Moisés Caicedo.
Speaking to Sky Sports he said:
“I would put Jude Bellingham as number one. Number two I may put Fernandez second, if we see what we saw yesterday more often, he looks like a complete midfield player.
“I would go with Declan Rice next and I would go fourth Caicedo, who I am a huge fan of, but I would put him fourth on this list.”
