Adams stayed on the field the entire game and according to Fotmob, made one chance, one shot block, two clearances, and two interceptions.
The 27-year-old joins FC Basel on loan from Hoffenheim in Germany, with the option of making the move permanent. Adams is keen for a solid season so that Otto Addo might consider him for Ghana’s World Cup campaign in 2022 later this year.
