Nothingham Forest have made a formal proposal for Arsenal left defender Nuno Tavares, according to Fabrizio Romano on X.
Forest are looking to sign the out-of-favour fullback on a permanent basis.

Tavares was loaned out to Marseille last season, and with the addition of versatile Jurrien Timber, his chances of playing time at Arsenal are slim.
