Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes has expressed his support for Nuno Tavares after the Portuguese defender was loaned out to french side Marseille.

Tavares fell down the pecking order after the club’s £32 million acquisition of Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester city.
In response to Tavares’ transfer to Marseille, Gabriel left his defensive partner a supportive Instagram comment. He wrote:
Let’s go my brother. Cheering for you.

Tavares, who joined the Gunners from Benfica in the summer, only made 28 appearances for them across all competitions.
