Pundit “criticises” Aaron Ramsdale for PSV goal following ‘silly’ mistake

Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has been chastised by Darren Ambrose for his blunder against PSV Eindhoven.

The Gunners suffered a 2-0 defeat away from home. It’s Arsenal second defeat in all competitions, and its first in the Europa League.

Arsenal had a poor performance overall, but Ramsdale’s error made matters worse.

He came out to punch a corner but failed, allowing Luuk de Jong to score his team’s second goal. After the game, Sky Sports pundit Darren Ambrose stated:

“Ramsdale tried to come out, he’s got it wrong, he tries to punch it out, misses the ball and De Jong behind him outjumped Tierney and nodded it into an empty net.”
