Thomas Partey impressed in midfield for Ghana as they defeated Angola 1-0 in the first leg of their AFCON qualifiers.
The Arsenal player was named captain for the day and performed admirably.
Some Ghanaians have previously chastised Partey for not giving his all whenever he wears the national jersey.
