Antonio Conte has praised Arsenal and predicted that they will win the Premier League ahead of Manchester United.

This comes after his Tottenham Hotspur team was defeated 2-0 at home by Arsenal on Sunday. Spurs were looking to increase their points from 33 to 36, but came up short at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

They currently sit fifth in the league standings with 33 points. After the game, Antonio Conte praised Arteta’s team, naming them as title contenders alongside Manchester City.

He said on Sky Sports:
“Arsenal showed they are a really good team and I think honestly I’m sure that today it wasn’t easy for them to play against us, especially with this atmosphere”.
“They have a great balance and hit the right moments. In the second half they suffered a lot and showed their resilience and when a team can do this it means they are ready to fight for a title”.
“I think with Manchester City they are the only two teams who are going to fight for the Premier League this season”.
