Former Villa forward Gabby Agbonlahor believes Arsenal now has more squad depth and that the injured Emile Smith Rowe will not be missed.

Rowe is an important member of Arsenal’s squad, but they bolstered the group in the last transfer window, giving them even more options. He and Bukayo Saka were the club’s leading goal scorers last season.
In previous seasons, Arsenal would have suffered as a result of a key player’s injury. Mikel Arteta, on the other hand, has bolstered his team with enough quality players who can replace anyone at any given time.

And Agbonlahor believes that this puts them in a good position, and that it will not be long before Smith Rowe returns to fitness.
He told Football Insider:
“It just shows why you need a big squad. What’s going to help now is that some teams are not playing again until the beginning of October in the Premier League.”
“For Smith Rowe, it’s not good but there are not a lot of games between now and the World Cup. I feel that Arsenal have got enough cover to last them until after the World Cup.”
