Thomas Partey’s first-half performance against West Ham left Jamie Carragher unimpressed.
This follows the Ghanaian international’s gaffe that led to West Ham’s first goal. Arsenal took a 2-0 lead after 11 minutes played thanks to two quick goals from Gabriel Jesus and Odegaard.
But the Gunners were unable to hold on to their lead, as the Hammers fought to a draw. Arteta’s team are still top of the league, 4 clear of Manchester City.
Jamie Carragher speaking after halftime said:
Thomas Partey’s been fantastic this season for Arsenal, but this is the worst I’ve seen him play. He’s just not at the races at all.
