The Gunners defeated Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates Stadium to make it 7 wins in a row. It is also Spurs’ first loss of the season.

The fact that Arteta is also managing Partey in terms of minutes shows how pivotal he is to the team. Odegaad, the captain of the team, spoke to the media following the game. He stated:
“It was a great goal. We knew before the game he was going to be free in those areas and we practised that a lot, to find him in those areas, and he made a great shot.
“I think he played a great game as well so a lot of credit to him, and of course the team.”
