Partey, according to the former professional footballer, is prone to injury, and Edu will need to replace him in January.
Arsenal defeated Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 on Saturday, with Partey scoring. His long-range effort was stunning. Partey has suffered a string of injuries since joining the Emirates from A. Madrid.

He must remain injury-free if Arsenal is to mount a serious title challenge or even make the top four. Arsenal currently leads the table with 21 points from eight games. When they play Liverpool on October 9, they will look to extend their lead.
He shared his views on Vibe with Five:
“You can’t rely on him If I was Edu that would be the first position I’m going for in January, or the summer [transfer window], because you can’t rely on him.”
“He is very important and you see the difference when he’s in there but the minute this thing starts to crumble, that position, [Gabriel] Jesus, and you end up with [Eddie] Nketiah, Fabio Vieira, this is a different game we’re talking about.”
