Umberto Chiariello, a sports presenter, has revealed that Napoli turned down Arsenal’s £80 million bid for Nigerian Victor Osimhen.

During his time at Lille in France, Arsenal were interested in Osimhen. But missed out on him to Napoli.
Victor Osimhen has been an important member of the Napoli squad, with his goals helping the Italian club to the top of Serie A.

Despite failing to sign him, Arsenal did sign Gabriel Jesus, who has been instrumental at the Emirates so far.
Umberto Chiariello said, via Area Napoli:
