Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp heaped praise on Arteta and Arsenal following Arsenal’s victory over Tottenham.

Arsenal are currently on a roll, having amassed 21 points in just eight games. In addition, they have scored 20 goals. They currently lead the Premier League table by one point over Manchester City.
Liverpool, on the other hand, has had a poor start to the season and is currently outside the top five in the league standings. Klopp acknowledges Arsenal’s great form but insists his team will give the Gunners a ‘proper try’ when they meet on October 9.

He stated:
“I know then Arsenal is coming and we saw glimpses of their game against Tottenham.”
“They are outstanding in the moment so that is obviously not an easy game. But we will give it a proper try.”
