Ex Arsenal player Kolo Toure has urged his former club to try their best to keep Bukayo Saka at the Emirates ‘forever.’

Arsenal are still negotiating a fresh and improved contract deal with Saka’s representation.
The club has already tied down Martinelli to a new 4 and half year contract, which sees him at the Emirates till 2027.

During Wenger’s tenure at Arsenal, the club was infamous for offloading some of its best and brightest players.
However, current coach Arteta is righting all the wrongs by offering star players contract extensions even before their contract expires.

Toure speaking to SkySports stated:
‘One thing I have to say – my advice to Arsenal is for Bukayo Saka to sign for 10 years! One mistake that Arsenal made down the years, they had key players that loved the club and they let them go.’
‘You must keep those players because these players are the players that are going to lead the team for you. These are the players you can rely on; these are the players that when it’s tough they will put their bodies on the line because they love the club.’
